"Grammar and Use" - focus on developing accuracy in the use of English

• review of verb tenses, use of the passive voice, modals, prepositions, relative clauses, etc.

• sentence structure, linking strategies, style

Comprehension, reading, listening, and video activities

• text analysis, identifying key points, predicting content, understanding register

• listening for main ideas and details, note-taking, summarizing

• word-building and storage, collocations, idiomatic expressions

Expression - focus on developing fluency in the use of the language

• presentations, interaction, role-play and feedback

• practicing intonation, stress, and specific pronunciation items

• written style and appropriacy for note-taking, correspondence, and reports

Beginner to Advanced. You will be tested before the course begins and allocated a class or tutor appropriate to your level.
